I love this product. It works beautifully. It helps improve muscle strength, power, and performance, especially during high-intensity, short-duration weight training. It allows for more intense workouts. I’ve been using it consistently for nearly a year and am noticing prolonged pump and increasing muscle mass.
It's really ages to tell that creatine is working because it's a slow thing, but these gummy bears are delicious.
Taste great, as typical with creatine gummies you have to eat 5 of them which is ok.
Overall good supplement, taste is good, the texture of the gummies can vary, and I would be interested in additional flavors.
