The seal was busted slightly and the gummies didn't last long at all before being hard and stale. Probably for a few days out of it and had to throw it out. Love the product other than the last batch.

Im hoping i get the full effect of the creatine my body needs at 65. Im taking 5 at a time and will see if they work. They do taste good but in not concerned for taste ad much as i need the effect of being on creatine .

Some are really firm and some are soft . Still need more time to see if they are as good as people say or if it's just jelly bears .
