I’ve been taking Swoly Gummies for the past couple of months with great results. Really love the taste and convenience of the gummy form. Only issue I’ve had was that my Swoly package came in the mail last month with the lid cracked and seal broken. Either the gummies expanded due to the higher elevation of where we live, or the package was damaged in transit. Not sure, as the gummies were expanded to the point that the cracked lid would no longer secure. Regardless, I love the product and will continue to use for increased fitness and energy.
They taste great, bummed there’s sugar in them, are they really all the creatine you need in a day..?
Still to early to say how effective creatine is for me, but with certainty I can say there mess and the flavor is infinitely better than taking your standard creatine.
