Whenever you like! We keep a jar in our gym bags and take them before or after our workout.

Our products have a shelf life of two years, and the best-by date is printed on the bottom of each jar. We also recommend that you store our items in a cool, dry place.

Each jar contains 30 servings, with 4g of creatine monohydrate in each serving!

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. In most cases, orders placed before noon during the week get fulfilled the same day! Packages are usually delivered within 3-5 days from the time they're picked up.
