I love these gummies. I like gummies over pills because I don’t need water to take them. I also like the gummies over powders because I always mix it into my drink and then get stuck drinking the stuff all day.

These give me a great boost of energy for my 5AM workouts. This is my second time purchasing. Since I’m doing. 75 medium to start the new year, I just subscribed so I always have my swoly when I need it to power through my workouts.
